    Training with Sophie at SOFIT has really changed by attitude to working out. I thoroughly enjoy her classes especially Climb which is my favourite. I am almost 70 years old and I have been participating in Sophie's classes for a few years now. I have never felt better or fitter than what I do now. Sophie gives her all to the training and classes she takes. She is an excellent trainer and encourages you constantly to do your best and give your best.

    I absolutely love training with Sophie. Her classes are always different and challenging. Since going consistently and starting PT, I feel the strongest I’ve felt in a long time, and it’s carried through to everything else I do. If you’re committed, Sophie will always show up for you and push you to see just how strong you really are.

    Training with Soph is the best!! I’ve been to lots of her classes over the last couple of years and leave every time feeling strong, accomplished and proud of myself for pushing so hard. She pushes me to my limits, something I struggle to do in my own personal training but really appreciate as a competitive surfer, always trying to be the best athlete I can be. My favourite class is climb, half an hour of hard work on the bikes that leaves you feeling so pumped, struggling to walk a little bit and ready for the day. I love that form is everything with Soph and no class is ever the same… she also has the best playlists ever. Honestly the best environment and my favourite place to train in Raglan, thanks for welcoming me in!!
