You can’t beat Sophies training! She makes you feel safe and confident but is also scary enough to push you to your limit (a good thing) Sophie is an inspiration and I feel very lucky to have her in my life.

I have been training at Sofit regularly for almost 4 years. Every session if different, keeping you on your toes, and providing a great mix of endurance, strength training and HIIT type workouts. Sophie will push you hard so you can improve, but also seems to have a 6th sense to treat you gently on days when you’re not 100%! I started training with Sophie on my journey from recovery from severe illness, which prevented me from walking further than my letterbox, and subsequent childbirth which further rocked both my physical and mental health. Today I feel fitter and stronger than ever, and more mentally resilient, which I directly credit to Sophie. I’d encourage anyone who would like to invest in themselves, either physically or mentally to give Sophie’s classes a go!

I’ve trained with SOFIT for years, even through Covid, when she kept her clients fit online. Sophie is tough and classes are challenging ( you will suffer and be sore for a couple of days)
but she doesn’t just push you for fun, she is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to challenge you safely and in a way that actually gets results.
100% recommend, I wouldn’t train with anyone else!
